I stick a one-liner agent in many of my databases, so I can call it from the agent menu:

@Command([AdminRemoteConsole])
This gives me a Copy Response button that I can glean things like the agent schedule (from tell amgr sched) that I can pass to others. Also, it lets me do admin stuff without loading the full admin client,
