A cautionary note to everyone implementing the new R6 policies: Use a perpetual ID to create/sign them. If you use a regular ID and that person leaves your company (and their ID and personal document is no longer in the NAB), the policies will stop working.

Use an admin ID or some other generic ID to set up and configure policies so you don't have trouble later on.

MEMBER FEEDBACK TO THIS TIP

Just want to clarify: If they use adminp to delete the former employee from the Domino Directory, adminp does a check to see if any policies were signed by this person. If this is the case, the delete fails, and they get an error message that states there are policies signed by this user that need to be resigned before the user is deleted. Hope this helps.
