An easy way to organize resources in names.nsf

If you have many resources and users find it difficult to find them in the names.nsf, then just keep them together by naming them as follows:

Resource - Projector 212
Resource - Etc.

Venue - Auditorium 1
Venue - Auditorium 2
Venue - Etc.

Room - 412
Room - 123
Room - Etc.

Then, when users want to book a resource, they are neatly grouped together in the names.nsf.
