50 States For Categorized Field

List of all 50 states to paste into a categorized "state" field so that users
select using the name of the state but the application stores the state as the
2 digit abbreviation. We have added a few additional common non-states like
providence in Canada, etc.
1. Go to a state field
2. Change the TYPE to Keyword
3. Change the CHOICES to Enter Choices (One Per Line)
4. Past the following in the data field

Colorado|CO
