Access Domino View Using Excel '97

Assuming your server is running the http task, you can open a Notes view in
Excel '97 today. I was quite surpised by this feature when I found it. It is
pretty cool. Open Excel '97 to a new blank worksheet, then choose file open to
get the File Open dialog.

Type the URL of your Notes view: http://server/db.nsf/viewname?openview into
the filename with &count=999 at the end of the URL. You will open the view
right in the worksheet. What is even cooler is that one column of the view
will contain a hyperlink that will open the corresponding document in a browser
window. You click the link and a new browser window opens up displaying that

Sample URL: http://GXW/idcre.nsf/newusername?openview&count=1000
