Adding a disclaimer to outgoing Internet mail

How to add a disclaimer to outgoing Internet e-mails.

To add a legal disclaimer (or any kind of disclaimer) to outgoing Internet mail (only for R5) do the following:

  1. Go to the mailbox.ntf on the R5 SMTP server.
  2. Modifiy the form "Memo."
  3. Below the field Body, put in a field called Disclaimer. (Allow a few blank lines.) Type in your disclaimer for the default value and set the field to Rich Text.
  4. The mail.box on the SMTP uses mailbox.ntf. Refresh the design of mail.box on the SMTP server.

The disclaimer should now be on all outgoing Internet mail.
