Append Data To Clipboard

You can copy to the clipboard from Notes without deleting the present contents
of the clipboard if you use CTRL+SHIFT+INSERT to copy the text/graphics you
highlighted.

This is helpful if you want to copy more than one thing from different
"locations" in one action.
