Attach a file into mail by dragging and dropping

It is quite simple to attach a file into a Notes mail without selected File menu, attach button or anything else.

1. Create a new Memo
2. Open Windows explorer and minimize the window until seeing a new memo screen at the same time.
3. Select file and please drag and drop into a new memo which you have just created.
