Client_Clock 
Client_Clock=1 Enables the RPC's (from the client to a server) to be outputed to a file or the screen)
Client_Clock=0 Disables the RPC report

- Use this setting with the Debug_Outfile= to output to a file
- Use this setting with the Debug_Console=1 to output to a DOS window
