Tip

Copy Agents To Other Db Using A Button

The Problem: users turn off their templates for different reasons so no new
agents come down.

Create a Blank db that holds your Agents.
I called it Agent Storage. Place agents in it.
This database has no other fuctional Value.

Place a button on an email and send to users.
Using the workspace it copies the the first Agent in the list and places it in
the users email agent list. The user can then use the Agent.
(Agents must be shared when created)

Add other commands to move to another agent.
Temp := @DbName;
@Command( [FileOpenDatabase]; "Your/Server":"AgentSto.NSF" );
@Command([DesignMacros]);
@Command([EditCopy]);
@Command([FileCloseWindow]);
@Command([FileCloseWindow]);
@PostedCommand( [FileOpenDatabase];temp );
@PostedCommand([DesignMacros]);
@PostedCommand([EditPaste]);
@PostedCommand([FileCloseWindow])
