Copy Memo In Calendar

This tip is usefull if you worked for two hours on a memo with a schedule for the monthly meeting. When you send the mail memo, you still have to add the meeting to your calendar. It is your choice to choose whether you want to send the information by mail memo or as an appointment confirmation. A fast way to put the information in your calendar as a meeting is described next. Save your mail memo as draft. Switch to the draft view, select the memo, click Copy Into button, choose New Calendar Entry. You receive a start time of this calendar meeting, with the mail memo content already set in the description part. Complete everything and send this !
