Create Html Text Areas Easily Without Rich Text

I've heard lots of complaints from people who hate using Rich Text fields to
create TextAreas on the web. You don't have to!

Simply code a text field with "Allow Multi-values", then on the Field
Properties' Options tab, select NewLine for "Separate values when user enters",
and NewLine for
"Display separate values with".

Now code the HTML tag in the Help description, for example:
[<ROWS=5 COLS=40 WRAP=LOGICAL>]

Voila! A plain text text area that works easily!
