Dead mail in mail box

In response to your recent tip on deleting dead mail in the server mail boxes, the tip had lotus script code and adding views.

Being a creature of simple solutions, I found the best way to keep the mail boxes clean of dead mail is to set the space savings to delete documents not modified with in 7 days - under the Replication settings.
