Dead mail in mail box

Dead mail in mail box

In response to your recent tip on deleting dead mail in the server mail boxes, the tip had lotus script code and adding views.

Being a creature of simple solutions, I found the best way to keep the mail boxes clean of dead mail is to set the space savings to delete documents not modified with in 7 days - under the Replication settings. This way if there is a problem I can view the past week. After a week, the dead mail is automatically deleted. No design changes and it works great.
