Eliminate Duplicate Entries From An @Dbcolumn Or @Dblookup

@Unique eliminates dupicates in a list of values. There is a way to have a
unique list that is generated faster.
1) Goto the VIew Properties of the view that you are making a lookup
2) Click on the second tab from the right (beanie tab)
3) Check the property UNIQUE KEYS IN INDEX (for ODBC Access)
4) Your view will only have one entry for keywords with multiple values.

Now a @DbColum or @DbLookup will return unique values.
