Enable/disable preview pane by default

Since I did not find this in the user preferences, I decided to change my templates accordingly.

In the PostOpen event of my Database Script, I added the line:

@Command([ShowHidePreviewPane]; @TextToNumber(@Environment("ShowOrHidePreviewPane")))

In my notes.ini I added a line $ShowOrHidePreviewPane=1

If you want to disable preview, simply set $ShowOrHidePreviewPane=0 e.g. using an agent/action with @SetEnvironment.
