Fix For Aprroval Cycle Database

Approval Cycle template has a known bug that skips names when the requestor is
part of the approval list. The below script in the Identify User Event of the
subform ApprovalLogic will solve the problem.

Declare flag as variant.
flag = False

'Populate the array with all names with status = "None" and set CurrentApprover
to whatever number in the list it is
For n = 0 To ListMax
If ApprStatus(n) = "None" Then

'Changes required for when the originator is in the approval list
added the if statement n=0 etc
If flag = False And ApprName(n) <> CurrentUser Then
'change made for when requestor is in the approver list
CurrentApprover = n
Flag = True
End If
'change made for when there is double entries in the approver
list
If ApprName(n) = CurrentUser And Flag= False Then
'Changes to accomodate for the skipping of authorization
'Added variable flag, if false will get current user and then
change to true.
'This will stop the skipping of the list of authorization.
CurrentApprover = n
flag = True
End If

ApproverList(x) = ApprName(n)
x = x + 1
End If
Next
