Format Function Is Buggy

It was a chance when i was formating a numeric string to append zeros to the
left of it.

I had a the string number$ = "1001111011011001110" which is 19 bin digits, then
upon evaluating this line of code:
number = format(number, string(20, "0"))

the result was not the same number with a zero to the left. instead, it
returned number = "01001111011011000000" which is obviously of not the original
number value.

i could find this same bug in microsoft's VB5, but they have fixed it in VB6

hope you exploit this...
