Function To Add In Readers Field To Existing Documents

Sometimes after deployment, you need to incorporate readers fields to control
view access. Not to worry, you can create an action button using this function
to do so.
Function CreateReadersField (doc As NotesDocument, _
strFieldName As String, strValues () As String) As Integer

CreateReadersField=True
Dim item As NotesItem
Set item = New NotesItem ( doc, strFieldName, strValues )
If item Is Nothing Then
CreateReadersField=False
Exit Function
End If

item.IsReaders=True
doc.Save False,True
End Function
