Hide Menu Bar

I hope every developer at least once might have thought of hiding menu bars
from end users.
Here's how you can do it.



Open your form in design mode and hold down "Ctrl" & "Shift" keys and hit
"plus" key once. (Donot use the "+" on num pad) .
Now save the form using File menu - save ( Do not use Esc to save).
Now create a document with that form.
You will not see any menu bar. Cool ?

To unhide menu bar, repeat the above steps again.

It's usefull when you don't want users to select any menu options like,
runnning agents from action menu etc.
