Hiding Menu Bar In Documents

This is a very simple but effective technique.

You can create documents with the menu bar hidden thereby limiting users to
only using your actions and hotspots. All the is required is to goto form
design and press Ctrl-Shift-+. Save the form and generate a new document to
test. You will find the menu bar is hidden.

To turn off this facility return to the form design , press Ctrl-Shift-+ and
resave.
