How To Change About Database Document Background Color

Here is how you can change or set About or Using Database Documents.

In order to do this you have to perform following
few actions.
1. Select Your database Icon the Goto Help Menu Then About or Using Database

2. Then after opening then Go Edit- Copy as Link -View Link. (Close this opened

3. Create at Temperary view with no documents in that view by doing SELECT
Form="" or any other technique.

4. Paste this link which you copied anywhere you want, I mean in Lotus Notes
Memo or Temperary document so that you can use later in this process.

5. Then Click on this link , It opens view with document number , it is
basically design elements view, So find view design element which is your
temperary view which you created in Step 3.(Look for $TITLE Field in document

6. Plug Value for $FormulaClass to "2", on this selected view design element,
by using Agent or any other mean.

7. After this then you open this view (I mean Temperary view which created &
Pluged $FormulaClass).

8. You will see one one document (Which is your About Database document,don't
double click), on this Plug Field Called $PaperColor to a number , number
represents Color Value.

4. Then you delete this view as well as agents which you created to plug
$FormulaClass & $PaperColor.

You will see color change in About database document.

Code To Plug $FormulaClass

FIELD $FormulaClass:="2";
(This determine what to show in the view
1 for documents, 2 for about/using documents

Code for $PaperColor

FIELD $PaperColor:=12;
(from 1 t0 256)
