all with the two clients, no matther with wicht client you created, you can do
1.- first create a form for notes client called "Form | DocForm", with the
fields you need and for the notes client design.
2.- Then create a second form for the web client called " web Form | DocForm",
with the same fields at the form 1, but with the web client design.
The key is on the name of the forms, you need to use the same alias for the two
forms, and the same name, but the word "web" in front of the second form's name.
