Javascript To Check/Uncheck All Elements Of A Checkbox Field

I've put this code on an image of a check box using a Create\Hotspot\Action
Hotspot, then selected JavaScript.

I'm checking the value of the FIELD called COMMITTEE. If you want to use this
replace COMMITTEE with the name of your field in the JS below...
e = window.document.forms[0];
ub = window.document.forms[0].committee.length;
// fld = committee
// check to see check box status's. If any are checked set CHECK var to true
and uncheck all,
// otherwise set the CHECK var to false and check all.
check1="false";

for (i = 0; i < ub; i++) {
if(e.committee[i].checked ){
check1="true";
break}
}

//check or uncheck code
a1 = new Array(ub);
for (n = 0; n < ub; n++) {
a1[n] = e.committee[n].value;
if(check1=="true"){
e.committee[n].checked = ""
}
else {
e.committee[n].checked = a1[n]
}
}
