Linking to Notes from Word Document

Ever want to link to a Lotus Notes database from within a Word document? Works with views and documents, too.

Ever want to link to a Lotus Notes database from within a Word document? Works with views and documents, too.

Select the Lotus Notes database

Edit->Copy as Link->Database Link

Go into the WORD document

Edit->Paste Special

In the Paste Special dialog box, select Paste Link and select Display as Icon. Click Ok.

The result will be a Notes Link icon which can be double clicked to open Notes.

Close
