Make the hidden design visible

From time to time, you may receive a copy of a Domino database with hidden design elements. If you want to make the design visible, this is what you need to do:

1. Make a copy of the db and name it dbname.ntf. Use the title temp db and save it into your local Domino/data directory (the design is still hidden).

2. Create a new blank Domino database (design is visible).

3. Replace the new db design with the template dbname.ntf. You need to choose the name temp db from the template list. After this step, you will be able to view the design elements in the new database.

Note: This works in Domino 4.x
