Managing recertification

How to best deal with ID recertification timing.

To streamline ID recertification, I always set the expiration date to Dec. 15 (or June 15 for temporary employees starting in the fourth quarter). That way, I only have to deal with recertification at specified times and I don't have to worry about anyone's ID expiring because they ignored the warning message for six months.
