To best optimize memory allocation for notes before configuring for a user, open a few applications to lock Notes from using all memory available. If already configured, strip notes.ini and set up again, making sure 3 applications or so are open before configuring. This will help machines that constantly run out of memory as Notes can take a lot of resources at any given time.
