My Favorite Custom Smarticons

I have several functions that I use consistantly so I created custom SmartIcons
and added them to my Universal set.

To create a custom SmartIcon, go to
File->Tools->SmartIcons
Scroll down to the bottom of the set on the left to find the icons with "Macro
Button" on them. Find one to use and drag it to the Universal set on the
right. Click the the Edit Icon button and type in a name/function that will
show up on the bubble help. Click the Formula button and add the formula for
the icon to use. See below for my favorites.

There is a "Select All" SmartIcon, but no "Deselect All". Click the @Command
button in the formula window and choose
@Command([EditDeselectAll])

As a designeer, I am always updating Templates and need to refresh the design
of the production database. Going through three levels of menus to do that is a
pain. Click the @Command button in the formula winow and choose:
@Command([DesignRefresh])

When sending e-mail with directions for the changes I have made, I frequently
make use of color to show the "Before" and "After" on the design changes.
There are two "Macro Button" SmartIcons already created with blue and red
paintbrushes on them. Click the @Command button in the formula window and
choose:
@Command([TextSetFontColor])
add in ";[Red]" or ";[Blue]" or whatever color you want to use between the
close bracket and the close paren. It will look like this:
@Command([TextSetFontColor];[Blue])
