Open Any Users Mail File Quickly

Did you ever need to open a users mail file for a support issue and want to do
it quickly i.e. without opening the Domino directory, opening the Person
document, clicking on the Mail tab and remembering the server, directory and
mail file spelling then keying it in to open that mail file? A simple way to
set this up to perform quickly is to add a button to your SmartIcons with the
following code assigned as a formula. Then whenever you want to open a mail
file you simply click the button and select the name from the Domino directory,
or any other cascaded PAB, and you are prompted whether to add the icon for
that mail file to your Workspace page or not and then the mail file opens.

Note: You must have standard ACL settings across ALL users mail files allowing
administrators Manager level access.
uname := @PickList([Name]:[Single]); aicon := @Prompt([YESNO]; "Icon"; "Do you
want to add the database icon?"; 0); aicont := @If(aicon = 0; "1"; "0");
yserver := @Subset(@MailDbName ; 1);
userver :=@If( @Right(uname; 3) = "SMS"; @DbLookup(""; yserver: "names.nsf";
"(People by Email)"; uname; "MailServer"); @DbLookup(""; yserver:
"xxxCascadedPAB.nsf"; "(People by Email)"; uname; "MailServer"));
ufile := @If( @Right(uname; 3) = "SMS"; @DbLookup(""; yserver: "names.nsf";
"(People by Email)"; uname; "MailFile"); @DbLookup(""; yserver:
"xxxCascadedPAB.nsf"; "(People by Email)"; uname; "MailFile"));
@Command([FileOpenDatabase]; userver : ufile; ""; ""; ""; aicont)
