Red/Unread Messages In R5

For troubleshooting new mail problems, please perform the following steps on
the user's machine:

Make sure Location Document is the correct location document for that user (if
Exit Notes.
Search entire hard drive for notes.ini - there may be many notes.ini files.
The following changes need to be made in EACH notes.ini files
1. Remove the entire line that contains NewMailSeqNum (there may be multiple
2. REM out any line that begins with AltMailApp or $MailStEd
Restart Notes.

New Mail Sequencers should now be back in line with the ones on the server.
