Remove ALL LotusScript from an event

If you've ever needed to remove LotusScript that you have added to a field or form event, then you've no doubt noticed that even after the code has been removed, the objects tab still shows the script icon shaded. If you want to remove ALL the LotusScript, just delete the whole event. Don't worry, the event is immediately readded to the object.
Remove all LotusScript by selecting from "Sub ... " to "End Sub"
