Resource reservations don't work after R7 upgrade

Resource reservations don't work after R7 upgrade

VIEW MEMBER FEEDACK TO THIS TIP

Do you have an R6 Resource Reservations database that worked in R6 but doesn't work in R7? Do you have rooms that don't show any free time? Can you not book a room?

In R6, you didn't need a default server configuration with the calendar extractor options turned on -- in R7, you do.

Create a default server configuration document and be sure the 'extract calendar details' button is turned on and configured.

This should take care of the problems mentioned above.

MEMBER FEEDBACK TO THIS TIP

What if you need separate configuration documents for all of your servers? That parameter is only available if your checkbox says: "Use these settings as the default settings for all servers."
