Restrict users from opening new Domino sessions

Restrict users from opening new sessions with the Domino server.

To restrict users from opening new sessions to the Domino server, use this command in the Domino console:

set config server_restricted=0   - will unrestrict session to the server.
set config server_restricted=1   - will restrict sesiion until you set it
up back to 0 or until you will restart the server.
set config server_restricted=2   - will restrict sesiion until you set it
up back to 0.
