Script Tricks

TIP1

In script you can access fields with this syntax:

doc.Subject = "Title"
print doc.Subject( 0 )

But what about fields with 'illegal' charecters, e.g. $Title? Use the ~ prefix:

doc.~$Title = "Text"
print doc.~$Title

TIP2
If you want a " in a string you can use the 'double' syntax: """"

print """" & "Text" & """" - This will print "Text"

Or you can use this syntax (easier to read)

print {"} & "Text" & {"}
