Setting your DNS Server

This tip describes how to set up a DNS server.

This tip applies to the following conditions:

  • You get an error like DNS Resolver error on startup of SMTP Server
  • Setting your DNS Server to be queried for SMTP Routing

Specify this .ini variable to resolve any of the above problems.

DNSSERVER=ipaddress

eg.:

DNSSERVER=202.210.210.1
