Shortcut to address memos in Notes
This is a very effective and easy way to address memos in Notes (although it works better in organizations that don't have thousands of names in the Domino Directory).
When in the To, CC or BCC field of a mail memo, simply type in the initials of the person you want to mail (for example, type "jb" for Joe Bloggs -- hit enter or comma (,) and the name gets filled in immediately.
If there are multiple names with the same initials, you get a multiple-name dialog box, but it's still quicker than typing the whole name or waiting for type ahead to work.
