He can be easily modified to get back the information in a file instead of a memo, or indicate only the too big files etc.... Attention, the evaluation is pessimistic: a document can be counted several times if he appears in several files.
This script calculates the size of the files of the base, and sends a memo for one person indicatedfor report ' it is executable once, and launching from the list of the agents. He can be also planned

Dim session As New NotesSession
Dim db As NotesDatabase, doc As NotesDocument, view As NotesView,
memo As NotesDocument
     Dim rtitem As NotesRichTextItem

     Set db=session.currentDatabase
     nom_base$=db.server+"//"+ db.FilePath +"/"+db.fileName
     Set memo=New NotesDocument(db)
     Set rtitem = memo.CreateRichTextItem( "Body" )
Call memo.ReplaceItemValue("Subject","Size of folders from database "+nom_base$)
' Please, replace the name of the addressee
     Call memo.ReplaceItemValue("SendTo","addressee")

     Forall v In db.Views
          vue$=v.name
          Set view=db.GetView(vue$)
If view.isFolder Then 'handle folders only, ignore views
               total&=0
               Set doc=view.GetFirstDocument
               While Not doc Is Nothing
                    total&=total&+doc.size
                    Set doc=view.GetNextDocument(doc)
               Wend

               m$= "Size of folder "+vue$+" : "+Cstr(total&)+"
bytes"
               Print m$
               Call rtitem.AppendText(m$)
               Call rtitem.AddNewLine(1)
          End If
 End Forall
