Smarticon For Mail Message Return Receipt

Here is the formula for a smarticon to make adding a return receipt to an email
message quick and easy. This could be helpful for those situations where
someone insists you change their mail database so that all their messages have
return receipts. As this may not be practical or convenient, here is an
alternative. (If you wish to test your new smarticon, send your email to a
friend or colleague, not yourself.)
