Tip

Sort Columns In A View In The Exact Order That You Want.

Here is a simple way to organize documents in a view. Normally you can only
sort a to z or in reverse. By associating a number with each value, you can
sort by the numbers and thus sort the entire rows. Place a new hidden field to
the left of the column you want to sort, and make it decending. So, in the
example below, the rows sort out of the normal order. This does get clumsy if
you have a large number of different values to sort.
@If(
Status = "Awaiting Review" ;
1 ;
Status = "In Research" ;
2 ;
Status = "In Review" ;
3 ;
Status = "Open" ;
4 ;
Status = "Closed" ;
5 ;
6)
