Use a personal Addressbook for addressing direktly from a Notesserver
1. Create a personal Addressboolk with the "pernames.ntf" on your Notes-Server
(like Depnames.nsf)

2.Search in your Notes.ini on your Notes Client
following entry "Names=names.nsf,...."
3.to ad following
names=names.nsf,CN=your Servername/OU=your OU/O=your O!!depnames.nsf
Ready
now you can use this Addressbook an share this with the whole Department
