Using Navigator To Compose Document

I realized recently that my navigator formulas to compose a document that is
supposed to inherit values from selected document in view doesn't work
properly! Ie. if your form has fields that inherit from selected document, this
works when you use Create - formname. But if your navigator has a formula with
just :

@Command([Compose]; ""; "Procedure")

this doesn't inherit the values that it should.
Adding @Command([OpenView];"By Category"); before the Compose, with the name of
the relevant view will pick up the values that it should.
