Access Notes database field from @dblookup

I have specified the departments of all the employees and now I want to access that field from Notes database to a form through @dblookup. Kindly give some solution?

You must create a view that contains the field you would like to lookup in the FIRST SORTED column in the view.

I've included an example, given the following assumptions;
- The sorted view is called "LookupView"
- The field you are looking up is called "empDepartment"
- The variable CurrentDept contains the Key you are using
- If you are looking to the current database, you can replace the argument for "ServerName":"DatabaseName" with two quotes "".

CurrentDept := "SalesAndMarketing";
EmployeesInDepartment := @DBLookup( "Notes":"Cache" ; "ServerName":"DatabaseName" ; "LookupView" ; CurrentDept ; "EmpFullName" )
