Bookmark template w/framesets

I am trying to create a bookmark template where if you are on the server you get one frameset, and if you are offline then you get another frameset. Could you please help?

I don't know that this can be done. Can you not load content into the Framesets that are relevant for online or offline use instead. If the frame layout will actually be different, then you can have one master frameset (you could even have one that has only one visible frame). Then you can programmatically nest additional framesets inside based on a formula for the master Frame's content. This formula could be based on the server argument in @DBName that would indicate whether the user is connected to the server or not.
