I had problems with a remote user that when he send a message with copy, some users receive the message and anothers don't. On LOG.nsf just has the log from people who received it and doesn't have registry of the message that was not sent. Can you help me in this problem?
My only suggestion is to check his personal address book for groups and/or entries that should only be on the server. If he is sending to the group "sales," and he has it in his personal NAB with 3 entries, but the server also has a group called "sales" with 5 entries, that could be your problem.
