Can I export the Lotus Notes NAB to an Excel spreadsheet?

Can you export the Lotus Notes NAB (names.nsf file) to an Excel spreadsheet?
Sure. Find a view in the NAB that shows the information you want to export. If no view shows just what you want, create a new view that does. Then go to this view and do File / Export / Tabular Text. Name the file <something>.txt. Start Excel, and open the export file. Excel will detect the file format and show you an import wizard. Very easy.
