I created a calendar for a team to use. Is there a way to have the chair be the actual person who creates the meeting and not the default database manager?
I'm assuming you used a standard mail template as the starting point for your calendar. The way to change the chair is to change the owner of the mail file. From the calendar view, choose the Tools action button and select Preferences. This will open the preferences dialog. Select the Mail tab and change the value in the "This mail file belongs to" field to the name you want to appear as chairman. Click OK. You will most likely get a message that says the owner should be specified in the Hierarchical format. Click OK for this message.
