Can I limit the size of a user's e-mail database?

My question is: Is there a way to limit a user's e-mail database to a specific size? And can warnings to be generated when the database reaches 90% of the limited size?

I'm using Domino 5.0.6a running on WindowNT Server SP6. I hope you can help me with this.
Yes. Database quotas will do this for you. Everything you need to know about them is in the Administration Help database.
