You can't tell which folder someone puts a message into, but you can track received messages. Use the new Domino 6 feature called "journaling." It lets you track all messages, both inbound and outbound, and it saves copies of them in a database for you. The messages can be retained or purged on a set interval, if you wish. See the administration help database for more details.
