Q

Can I maintain a 'register' of mails in Domino 6?

Is there any way by which we can maintain a "register" of mails in Lotus Notes R6? For instance, a record of which mail is received on which date and saved in which folder?
You can't tell which folder someone puts a message into, but you can track received messages. Use the new Domino 6 feature called "journaling." It lets you track all messages, both inbound and outbound, and it saves copies of them in a database for you. The messages can be retained or purged on a set interval, if you wish. See the administration help database for more details.
