Can I show only documents saved by a certain user?

Is there any way of restricting the viewing of documents in a view so that when a user logs on using the default login, it grabs their usernames then will only show documents saved by that person? Will it also allow a super-user to view the users' documents?
This is a standard "private on first use" view that shows only documents where the author of the document equals the current @Username. Yes, you can create other views that show all the documents.

Also, for greater security, you can use a Reader field in each document, which strongly prevents anyone else from seeing the docs. The view mentioned above can be circumvented by a clever user.
