CcMTA Mail Router mailbox not showing dead mail

When I double-click on the ccMTA Mail Router mailbox icon to see the dead mail, I cannot see anything. Is there a problem with the database?

Also, if I double-click on the ccMTA Work Queue icon to see the CCMC content, I cannot see any contents. Is this normal? I can neither see the bad message nor the all-queued messages. Why is does this happen and how can I fix it?
You do not have sufficient access to the databases -- check the ACLs. You need to have Reader access, you are probably set for Depositor.
